Hello,
Following a referral from Cindy Mui from Three Point Motors, I recently visited the MINI Victoria location with interest to purchase a Mini Cooper. I was initially referred to Andy McPhee, who took the time to sit with me and assess my needs. He also took me for a test drive in one of the 2011 Mini Cooper S demos at the dealership (the one I ended up purchasing) and was very helpful in pointing out all the features and making sure I was comfortable with the driving experience. As my interest to purchase a new vehicle came around the Christmas holidays, Andy referred me to Brent Evans, Mandu Goebl, and Josh Cole in his absence to make sure I was fully taken care of throughout the process. Brent and Mandu were very honest and sincere in their dealings with me and provided me with pricing details and options so that I could make an informed decision. In addition, Josh was readily available to answer the questions I had with regards to financing and was able to complete and approve my application that same afternoon.
My visits and discussions were spread over the course of a week and all parties involved were very patient and understanding. When it came to the day to sign the papers, Andy ensured that the Mini I was purchasing was detailed and ready to go. He referred me to Kailey Miller who helped finalize the details of my purchase. There were several signatures and questions to go through, but Kailey was very organized and up-beat throughout. My insurance and vehicle trade-in were also completed on-site and I was given another detailed tour of my new car. Though all the required paperwork and details provided was a lengthy process, everyone made an extra effort to ensure my husband and I were well looked after not only during our visit, but for my future MINI experience.
I don't usually write customer experience praises, but the service I received from everyone at MINI Victoria went beyond my expectations. The sales and service people as mentioned above were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and yet there was no added pressure to purchase as you sometimes receive from a sales team. I truly appreciate all the care and concern received from MINI Victoria and from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel like a part of the MINI Victoria family.
Thank you to Cindy, Andy, Brent, Mandu, Josh, and Kailey for all of your assistance. I look forward to future dealings with MINI Victoria and wish you all the best for a wonderful 2012.
